Over the years, I’ve seen first hand how powerful health, fitness, and proper nutrition can be—not just for looking better, but for feeling better, moving better, and living longer. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, recover from injury, or simply feel stronger and more confident in your body, the right plan can truly transform your life.

I’m Coach CG, and my journey in the fitness industry has taken me through some of the best gyms and studios in the world. I’ve worked as a personal trainer at Virgin Active and Equinox, helping clients from all walks of life reach their physical potential. I’ve also spent time in the clinical world, doing injury rehab alongside physiotherapists in a physio studio—an experience that gave me a deep understanding of how the body works, heals, and thrives when given the right attention.

Later, I launched and ran my own fitness company, offering in-person coaching, group sessions, and transformative programs that helped hundreds of clients not only meet their goals but exceed them. Now, I’m moving into a primarily online coaching model, giving me the ability to reach more people while still delivering the same level of personal attention and results-driven programming that I always have.
